under cabinet lighting is a must have for the serious chef
Posted on Sunday, July 11, 2010 at 12:51 AM.today i visited my friend's new house. she's really serious about cooking and well one of the main reasons she decided to buy the house was because it offered under cabinet lighting in the kitchen. she showed me how it works and well i think it's a great idea. it made it a lot brighter on the counter tops so she was able to do a better job of preparing the fantastic lunch we had. the extra lighting made it possible for her to work so much more efficiently so we not only got better tasting food, but she was able to make it a whole lot faster! after getting home i decided to do some research about the different kinds of lighting that are available for kitchens, and i didn't realize that there are so many different options and so much to consider. i like the idea of puck lights. they sound the most practical of the options.
