I saw some concrete clocks today that I think look great! I don't really think of concrete as the kind of material that's used for making clocks. Usually I think about wood or plastic or metal being used to create timepieces but after seeing those pictures I'm convinced that concrete is also a very good material for making clocks.

One thing I like a lot about these clocks is how they have a relatively small clock face but the clock face is supported on a much taller clock body! The proportions almost make me think that I'm looking at a person! Maybe that's why I think the clocks have some good balance. They are well proportioned and because they look like people to me I think that they've got a natural quality and a natural beauty to them. Well whatever you think about these clocks I think we can agree that they have a really unique shape and that concrete is in fact a material that has a lot of potential even for making clocks.
